WHY IS TURTLE SECURTIES IMPORTANT?

Approaching retirement can a difficult time. Assets like investment property and superannuation must be set to provide an income stream for the future. At the same time we need to minimise taxation. We need to protect and preserve what we have. Where possible and if desired, need to leave a proud legacy to pass on to family.

Couples, often struggle to synchronize their superannuation plans, facing issues like differing retirement ages, income levels, and personal goals. What’s needed is specialized planning that harmonizes individual priorities.

Small business owners often face the challenge of balancing immediate financial demands with long-term retirement planning. Their financial situations, intertwined with their businesses, requires specialized advice that considers both personal and business financial futures.

Despite the appeals of self managed super funds (SMSF), many potential trustees face challenges understanding the complex regulations, administrative responsibilities, and investment strategies required to effectively set up and manage a SMSF.

Often Aged Care planning is ignored so when the time comes there’s fear, anxiety and stress, and large fees to be paid.

On death when estate planning hasn’t been done well, there’s no guarantee our love ones’ will inherit out wealth at the right time, in the right way, with not heavy tax consequences.
